I grew up in California, but Washington has been home now for six years. I have been scrapping book since 2004. I am passionate about scrapbooking and paper crafting, not only is it a hobby, but a wonderful way to preserve family memories. My style is still evolving. Currently I like to coordinate and yet mix designs and different paper lines to create one cohesive look. I am also a big embellishment fan, especially ribbon.
When I am not crafting, I work as a teacher at a local elementary school or take care of my fabulous family of five. Marc, my other half is a devoted husband and father. I have been blessed with three amazing kids all age 5 and under (Audrey, Aidan and Ainsley). The three A’s have not only captured my heart, but are also the main focus of my scrapbook design. In addition to spending time with my family I enjoy: exercising, reading, organizing and decorating my home.

wanted to be a doctor when I was younger. I even majored in Biology for the first 18 months of college. Then I realized that I couldn’t be a doctor without first getting through Organic Chemistry. I changed my major and career choice a few times after that and ended up going to school as many years as a doctor does to become an elementary teacher. I am passionate about…
teaching, especially reading and writing. My goals is to help my students to become independent, life -long learners, thinkers, readers and writers.
If I could be anywhere, I'd be... lounging on a private beach in Tahiti, OR sipping coffee at a sidewalk café in Paris, OR tasting wine at a vineyard in Napa Valley. But really, I’m just as happy to be at home. I enjoy my home, but most of all the voices and laughter that fills it. Although, I would love to take a vacation from cleaning it and have someone else take care of that part for me.
My least favorite chore is... folding and putting away laundry. Why does it seem that it is never ending?
My guilty pleasure is... I have a few. One is the little package that I get in the mail once a month from a company called BirchBox. A beautifully wrapped birch colored box is delivered to my mailbox; inside is an array of beauty product samples from high end companies. My favorite so far is an almost full Stilla lip pen in bronze. Love it! My more regular guilty pleasure is whip cream. I indulge with a dollop on my coffee, but usually only on the weekends after a good, morning workout.
