I love using Stickles - Yes, Glitter Glue!! Reminds me of wanting everything glittery and sparkly in pre-school and kindergarden.  Though, I think this is much cleaner! 
I think having a clear color is a must because anything you put it over, the clear will adcent it and the color behind still shows through.  Now, for a brighter and vivid effect, use a similiar Stickle color to the color of the background and see it really pop!!  You just can't go wrong with adding a little sparkle to your pages, cards, and fingers :)

Pros:
-I stock over 40 colors, including Distress Stickles that match your Tim Holtz Distress Ink Pads, Reinkers, Stains.  They make over 60 colors!
-Quick way to add sparkle to your page or card
-This little bottle lasts a long time

Cons
-They take awhile to dry.  I usually say 30 minutes.  I often will put Stickles on before going to bed so I don't have to wait for them to dry.
-Do not use on a last minute card, layout, or project

A few changes to the Design Team will occur from last year to this year. 
- A kit will be required each month, with the option of skipping out of 4 months total.  So minimum, 8 kits per year.
- After I release a kit, it is due within 10 days back to the store (regardless of what date you pick it up).  As a reward for bringing it back on time, a $5 gift card will be given to you to use at your leisure.
-20% off your purchases, everyday! As long as your fulfill your Design Team requirements.
-The paper in the kit will be free, additional papers and embellishments you will have to purchase.
-All projects will require a basic information sheet to be filled out of what products where used and along with a few instructions or tips. 
-All kits must be purchased.  And all items will be returned to the maker.
-Everything on the page, card, and/or project that is submitted must be available to buy at ScrapVille.  Any exception needs to be cleared by me first.

-Kits will be either a double page scrapbook layout, 4 cards, or a project. Some projects will be general and some will be specific.

For Tryouts, you must submit at least a single page layout, 2 cards, and a design 2 tubes with at least what is in your kit.  You can purchase additional items for your projects if you would like.  Each Tryout Kit is $10 and multiple themes will be available.  There will only be 20 try out kits.  Kits are due March 15th along with the basic information sheet on each theme.  Selections will be made by March 31st.

March 17th - Tim Holtz Core'dinations demo by Robin
March 24th - Lucky 8 Punch by Robin (This is what we have currently planned if we get the new product in time!)
April 7th - Copic Demo by Laura - Instead of doing Copic Classes, stop in for a sampling of coloring with Copics!  We will have Copic Demos bi-monthly.

2 Year Anniversary Celebration! 
Mark your calendar, March 30th starts our Anniversary Celebration!  April 1st is our 2 year anniversary and we will be celebrating all month long!  March 30th-April 1st we will have a Free Make and Take.  Through the end of April, we will have a GRAND SALE!  You won't want to miss it!  More details to come!

Ginger is well know for her talent at ScrapVille!  Her designs are amazing and she makes the outrageous Mini Books!  Come take a class from her and find out how fun mini books are!
Please bring your own scissors, adhesive, foam mount, paper trimmer, and scoring tool.
 


Sew Ribbon "Flower" Tool/Project Focus Card Class - $30

Instructor: Sherrie Neatherlin
Min: 3 students, Max 15 students
March 6th -  6:00-8:00pm
Come to class and make 4 cards/tags featuring the Sew Ribbon "Flower."  You will get to keep your Sew Ribbon "Flower" tool so you can recreate your designs at home!  (No substitutions).  This is a great class that will feature using the "Flower" design on all cards/tags and will have the other Sew Ribbon tools to use as well.

Easter Book Class - $20 (Register Here)

April 4th - 4pm-6pm

This is a great class to learn how to think outside the box!  Sherrie took a picture frame and turned it into a fabulous piece for Easter. You can keep it bound together or cut it apart and turn into a book.  Your choice!
Kit available to buy for $18.

Jean Mini Book Class - $35 (Register Here)

April 18th: 11:00-2:00pm
March 26th - 5:00-8:00pm

Come make this super cute mini book featuring a jean pocket on the front!  Too cute!  And it will make a great Mother's Day gift for sure.  You could add a bonus gift card in the jean pocket (maybe to her favorite scrapbooking store).

Included in the class will be stickles for you to take home to finish the book so you don't have to wait for it to dry!

You will need to bring your own pair of jeans to cut up.  If you don't have an old pair that you like, Goodwill is a great place to find a pair.  Sherrie found a variety for $2-3 each!

High School Album Class (Register Here)
Instructor: Lois Summers
Min: 3 Students, Max 10 Students
April 14th -10am-2pm is class, 2-6pm stay and work on your album
Class: $125

Lois and I want to help you with yourr high school album.  We are offering this class featuring Lake Stevens High School, Snohomish High School, and Glacier Peak High School.  You will receive an album, papers, and stickers to coordinate with your high school.  During the class, Lois will help you complete 21 pages that will be ready for stickers and photos!  Afterwards, you can stay and work on finishing the pages with pictures and embellishments.

The class includes:
1 - 12x12" Album
30+ papers
3 - Stickers
21- Page layouts
12 - Page Protectors
8 - Hours of scrapbooking time

Ink Focused Card Class - $30 (Register Here)
Instructor: Sherrie Neatherlin
March 20th: 11:00-1:00pm
April 3rd - 6:00-8:00pm
Min 3 Students, Max 12 Students per class

This class will focus on using inks.  You will receive 3 ink pads to keep (no substitions) and make 4 cards.

Mixed Media Class - $30 (Register Here)
Instructor: Erin White
Min: 3 Students, Max 10 students
March 28th: 4:00-6:00pm
A blend of paint, paper, canvas, and more, come create this fun mixed media art project!

Crop Days - Every Thursday! (Register Here)
$10 for the day
10:00-6:00pm
Limit is 15 people per day - Will take reservations to guarantee your spot but it's not required.
Every Thursday!!

Friday and Saturday 12 Hour Crop Days (Register Here)
Now holding regular crops!  Every 3rd Friday and Saturday, from 10:00am-10:00pm, you can come craft at ScrapVille!  Minimum 3 people required to attend, maximum is 15.
These are different than the retreats that I've held in the past.  We will not have hourly drawings. 
No potluck.  I'll have bottles of water.
Drawings:
3-5 people - 1 each day
6-10 people - 2 each day
11-15 people - 3 each day

Reservations required.
$20 per day, $35 for both days! ($18/day or $31.50/both for Members!)
If you come Friday and Saturday, you can leave your items overnight.

Hours: We will stay until 12 midnight if 10 or more people want to stay. Otherwise:
Friday: 10:00am-10:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am-10:00pm

Schedule One time with the Cricut and Krista

Now offering Cricut Classes one on one.  You pick the topic and time on the dates available.  This is currently being offered for all three of our Cricut Classes.

Please call or stop in the store to schedule a day and time that will work for you and Krista.

You can pick:

Beginner’s Cricut Class for $20 – 30 minutes

Cricut’s Design Studios for $30 – 45 minutes

Intermediate Cricut Class for $30 – 45 minutes

These are hands on tutorials so please bring your Cricut and Design Studios.  If you don’t have Design Studios on a laptop or a Cricut, I will provide mine.

You can call and register for classes over the phone or online Here.

All classes required pre-payment.  If you cancel 48 hours or 2 business days* in advance or more you will be given store credit.  Cancelling within 48 hours or 2 business days* of class time, you forfeit your class fee.  For our retreat weekends, 2 weeks notice to get store credit is required.

No combining discounts.

Coupons are not accepted for classes.
*Business Days for classes are considered Monday to Saturday.

* If Minimum Student Participation doesn’t occur, you will be given store credit for merchandise or another class.  You will be called 2 days in advance of a class cancellation.
