Ready to Finish Products!! Review I have the joy of designing a tree for the Festival of Trees for Providence Medical Center. Of course, the tree them is "Scrapbooking"! So I rolled up my sleeves and got creative! I decided all good crafters would need a "crafty" clock in their room so I covered the bare clock with scraps, buttons, a die cut from the "Wild Card" Cricut Cartridge, and there it was, a wonderful craft clock! Next on the list, was a star for the top of the tree! I had to find the right color patterns and this blend of colors and a little pink to pop it - oh, what fun! After working on the clock for hours, this little star project was just what I needed - taking only around an hour to do (after picking out the papers!)  Well, we will had time Friday night, so I covered a blank box with the leftover papers from the star and put a few dozen handmade cards inside! A perfect collection for the scrapbooker and crafter at heart! These ready to finish products are amazing gifts, so personal, and a blast to do.  Other ideas that I've heard of and seen for the box:-Treasure Box - Recipe Box - Coupon Box - Photo Box Pros - Handmade gifts are fun to make and give. I enjoyed every single thing I made and it pumped me up for doing a lot more handmade gifts! You get to pick the papers and embellishments and make it completely unique! Cons - It does take time and planning vs. going to the mall and buying something ready to go. Tips - Using Craft Super/Red tape is plus on all of these products. Also, Glossy Accents is wonderful for finishing the star and the clock. Vellum is a great tool for making a pattern for the star.
